Spicy Garlic & Herb Parmesan Crusted Wings

Hey guys!

I have been gone for a little while but I am glad you guys hung in there. Now, this by no means represent my lack of cooking because TRUST ME, I’ve been cooking, and eating as well lol I have been terribly busy and I hate posting half recipes without pictures from beginning to end-simply because I am a visual learner…and I like food porn lol. Now that the first semester of law school is winding down, I will be posting more frequently. I made some AMAZING chicken wings and I wanted to share with you guys the process and that as of right now, these are my favorite wings!

Here is the process for these wings…they’re easier than it sounds.

It’s important to start these wings off in a nice marinade.

  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of chopped parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • minced onion
  • 3-5 dashes of habanero chili sauce!
  • 2 cups of parmesean

Marinate in the fridge for at least an hour

BAKE  350 degrees on a non-stick pan for at-least 2 hours or until nice and crispy. Make sure there are no spills or burns on the pan. These wings can get really juicy once they start to cook!

About one hour in, sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. I just used regular grated Parmesan you would put on top of pizza because it makes a nice crust when baked.
